By calling the toll-free number given to your company during onboarding, your employees will reach a real human who will diagnose the issue and seek out a solution. No automations. No robots. A member of the HEROES Support Team will be able to answer general questions about service features and offer help in updating personal information. If your employee needs more complex assistance from the Corban Care Team, they will be connected with an account manager from that department. A ticket will be created and tracked for any issues that cannot be resolved during that telephone call.
The toll-free number will not be the only way to reach the HEROES Support Team. A customized email account will be given to your business so that employees may submit a ticket in writing. All email inquiries will be answered within 24-48 hours.
The HEROES Care Center operates Monday through Friday 9 AM to 8 PM EST. All calls after hours are redirected to a dedicated center where a representative will document the need and forward the message to the appropriate handler.
Life happens, and you need immediate help to update your benefits plan. A member of the HEROES Support Team will be standing by to change your preferences or add/drop coverage. They will also ensure you have the necessary documents to make the changes and inform you of what timeframe you have to submit.
