Case Creation
The portal allows you to create a case for any concern. Simply login, click on “Create A Case For Assistance”, and fill out the form. Once submitted, a member of our team will review your concern and get to work on finding a resolution or answering your question. You can create as many cases as you need as often as you need.
Case Tracking
After you submit a case, the portal will allow you to track its progress. It will also list a history of all open and closed cases and give you information about each one. This includes type, priority, subject, when it was entered, and even who it was assigned to.
